We had impact windows and doors installed in 2020/2021. I've waited on this review due to some issues with a few of the windows and the door. While we were disappointed over having the issues in the first place I have to give a tremendous amount of credit to the company for responding promptly and fixing the issue, which was essentially installation related. Both Karen and Chris have consistently been very responsive to us when we have had to contact them. The windows and doors themselves (Single Hung impact windows, front door and garage door) are fantastic and very easy to clean. The design of the windows allows for easy cleaning of the channels, particularly in a beach area setting where sand is inevitable. The initial work itself is important in any major project but the follow up and response to customers after the work is completed is just as important and we have been extremely happy with how they have treated us.
